Kersten MehlFSCSI FRICS

Kersten has worked in Property Management and Auctioneering in the Limerick region since 1978 spending his first 8 years working exclusively in Property Management and then worked with several prominent Limerick City auctioneers. In this capacity, he was involved with the selling of many new residential schemes and also achieved a number of very significant sales in the existing residential market. Chief among his many responsibilities was the continued management of various city properties for clients.

In 2010/2011 Kersten served as the President of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute (IAVI) and oversaw the merger between the IAVI and the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCS) and the establishment of The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, where he served as Joint President. Susanne MoloneyFCCA AssocSCSI AssocRICS

Susanne is a member of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants and an Associate Member of The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. She had sixteen years’ experience working as Financial Controller and Company Secretary to both Irish and Multinational Companies before she started with KMPM in February 2007. She now specialises in the block management area of the business and her operational experience gained over the years as well as her education admitted her as a member of the IPFMA in 2012.
